We know that you've seen other real estate web sites. And, when you find something there you'd like to take it with you. That's why we're setting a new precedent for using social media to improve the real estate buyer/seller experience. Consider the following:

We're all about it. You'll find our realtors there and hope that you'll find our Marx-Bensdorf Fan Page. It's found at www.facebook.com/marxbensdorf. The page includes shareable feature listings, open houses, and enables you to receive regular real estate and community updates to your Facebook news feed. More than anything else know that we're there because you are. And, if you're a seller note that we target specific buyer types with our Facebook Ads. Oops! Hope the other guys don't figure that out :)

It's a hot entertainment venue and fast growing search engine. Our personalized videos of Marx-Bensdorf listings are presented in a fast loading short length form to help you determine which home might be right for you.
Twitter
People who are as passionate about real estate and communicating ideas have been waiting for a venue like Twitter. You can follow us there or set it as a communication preference when you create an account on our site. We promise to keep the message short, relevant, and to the point.
It doesn't end there. We enable RSS of much of our content for those who prefer to read it in their email box or on their personal blogs. We're exploring Flickr to show photo albums of our listings. And, if our buyers and sellers have a favorite social media venue we'll look forward to seeing them there.
